Individual Sessions
An Experiential Approach

These sessions are designed for individuals to explore life themes and meaning making in the areas of life changes and transitions, grief and loss, and other personal or mental health issues. The sessions are based on the experiential and person-centred approach where clients are the experts and directors of their experience. Sessions can include a guided relaxation, meditation and/or visualisation, specifically designed around client needs and themes. Mindfulness techniques, breathing exercises, writing, drawing/art and movement can also be incorporated into sessions. Each session is individually negotiated to provide clients with space for dialogue, reflections and personal learning. In this way, meanings evolve and are integrated. Clients can request an individualised recorded guided relaxation or meditation. These sessions are offered online from the comfort of your own home or another suitable, confidential space where you can access online, private space. The cost for a one-hour session is $95.00 (sliding scales are also offered).
Group Sessions
Mindful Living – Online Meditation and Discussion Groups

In our contemporary world of uncertainties and distractions, meaningful communication with ourselves and others can help us stay grounded, find stillness and explore meanings. These online sessions include meditation, discussion and deep listening in small, supportive groups. We explore the work of different thinkers, psychotherapists, spiritual traditions and philosophies as we reflect on life’s joys and sorrows.
Sessions
Attendance can be for a single session or any number.
• First Thursday of the Month 7.00pm – 8.00pm
• Weekly on Fridays 10.00am – 11.00am
• Session cost: $10-$15
