Thanks for stopping by my page!
I’m Suzanne Frydman and through my service called Relax Communications I currently offer online group Meditation and Discussion groups. I also offer private one-to-one sessions for personal and professional development.
My love for personal learning inspired me to create Relax Communications in 2010. I am trained in creative arts therapy and counselling, professional writing and meditation. Meditation and creative arts practices are a gateway to finding out about ourselves and others. I have worked in different health and education settings for around thirty years, including the Centre for Adult Education (CAE), the Australian College of Applied Professions (ACAP) and Deakin University. I have also worked in the aged-care sector, counselling and community services and local neighbourhood houses in Melbourne and across south-west, Victoria..
Each person’s pathway to personal learning and growth is unique and this is where experiential and creative practices can offer varied entry points.
I have learnt that sharing our stories allows us to connect deeply to ourselves and our communities. By sharing our truths and witnessing others’ journeys, new narratives can emerge that empower us to live our best lives.
For more information about my approach, please see my Writing and Gallery spaces. Also feel free to listen to any of the Guided Meditations.
