This meditation starts with exploring the 1:2 breath, doubling the length of exhalations (compared to inhales) where it is comfortable to do so. Then we feel into the area of the heart and begin the practice of Loving Kindness by repeating statements… may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be safe and may you be at ease for the expanding circles of people in our lives and for ourselves.
