We start this meditation by allowing our body to soften into the sitting posture (feel free to choose another posture too). We explore natural breath awareness, and anything else that arises in this practice. Then we move to Open Awareness by simply noticing whatever arises. Simone Weil stated that ‘’Attention is the rarest and purest form of generosity.” Practicing noticing what arises in our awareness with kindness and tenderness is the practice of unknotting ourselves. We finish by Breathing in what we need, and Breathing out what we don’t need.
