Workshops, workplace sessions and 1:1 private sessions available. All meditation classes are currently being delivered online. Please contact me for further information. Weekly classes are Thursdays 6pm & Fridays 10am. 

How these group classes can be of benefit:

  • By committing to a term’s classes, you make sure you actually do the meditation at some point in the week… DISCIPLINE
  • When meditating with a group of people there is a feeling of SUPPORT
  • Different meditation techniques are introduced in different weeks and so you get to try different approaches and learn what suits you the most…KNOWLEDGE
  • At the end of each class there is always time for a debrief with the teacher for opportunities to gain further CLARIFICATION
  • You are reminded of different techniques you can use at home and/or when developing a personal PRACTICE
